If some areas of the wheel is still dirty, you may have to turn to a strong solvent such as oil-Flo Safety Solvent clean to the point where these areas. Test the solvent on the wheel, not shown, to ensure that the end is not damaged. Spray the solvent on a cloth and clean the dirty area. Again, a gentle brushing may help. Rinse thoroughly, wash the car with cleaning solution / water and dry.

     Wheel your coat of quality wax, Carnauba to protect them if the paint and / or clear coated wheels will fade a little or a dull look, 3M coated Imperial hand, may help to clean the clear coat fade.
